A divorce was my surprise new years present in 2024 and I found myself in a strange apartment, without knowing a single other person in Orlando other than my ex-wife's family and my kids. "I attended the One year event and it was my first event. Everyone was so friendly and very welcoming. Everyone had a name tag so it was easy to talk to people and introduce yourself. There were team games that we all played to also get to know everyone and make it possible to open up to everyone. I’m a shy person at first but once I get comfortable around people I’m very bubbly and this group being so welcoming as they are it took no time to get to socializing with everyone! I can’t wait for the next event!"

"Upon moving to Central Florida this spring, something we had decided on years ago, we realized our social lives were about to take a major hit. We no longer would have a built in community or able to fall into a school aged community either as our kids are older now. We chose to move here to start again. Our family and friends aren’t here but this is where we wanted to be and where, for the first time in over 21 years, we truly had the choice to move. So happy that there is a group of like minded individuals, from all backgrounds, that have formed this group, OSN! This group definitely has been a major bonus in helping us with finding our new tribe. Everyone has been so pleasant and genuine, the events are easy peasy, and you truly get what you put into it. I’m so thankful for this group. I look forward to meeting more of them and building friendships. Making friends as an adult is weird. As a child and into your teen years you make friendships of circumstances because of school or sports or youth activities, as an adult many of us are set in our ways and it’s hard to justify what’s worth the time and then we get stuck not knowing how to be social. This group helps take some of that pressure away. It helps make the world feel a little less lonely, and it definitely is a blessing to know that there are many out there that are in the same boat. It offers friendship and fun, it helps with the physical and the mental side of life. I’m so thankful that there is a group like OSN that can make life a bit better for everyone that comes out and joins! "

"Since moving, all my friends are back where I came from, so I realized I needed to make some new friends around where I currently reside. OSN was and is the perfect place for that. Not only have I attended events that interest me, such as theme parks and dance parties, just to name a few, but I've met such incredible, kind hearted people that not only know how to have a good time, they know how to be great friends. Also, this is coming from someone who can be extremely shy and introverted at first, but slowly and surely OSN is helping me come right out of my shell. "Feedback on a ride or show in disney theme parks, musical shows, commaderie, familiar faces, catching up & memories on certain rides from disney theme parks so far. The bond between people from the group. It is Good group to join and it is small. since this and one other I am in very active in. Everyone will see regulars, can put names to faces or faces to names after two events. Open minded to things like a close bond between close friends after being in a group for those have in OSN for awhile."
