Hello, my name is Steven and I'm excited to become a new Event Leader of OSN. I've been in Orlando for a total of 13 years broken into two periods and I've recently been back for about 3 years. The reasons I love Orlando is the warm weather, all the different things that you can do in the area as well as in general everybody's friendly as long as you're not driving on the road. I'm looking forward to trying new things and introducing different types of meet ups for the group such as an escape room, or maybe a karaoke night?
I am the father of three kids who tend to take up most of my time outside of work and OSN. My favorite sport is NASCAR, maybe we can have a NASCAR meet up sometime in the future whether it be at a track or just going to a restaurant or bar and watching one of the races.
If I could have dinner with any historical figure, it would probably be FDR because I'm curious how he managed to get through the depression, convince people to do all the socialist projects in the 30s and then continue to keep the country together during World War 2 and get the allies to work together.
The most adventurous thing I've ever done in Orlando would probably either be the Sky Coaster Swing or the slingshot.
If I had an unlimited budget for an OSN event I'd rent out Epic universe so everybody in the group would be able to get a chance to try out the new park.
The funniest and most memorable moment from an OSN group event was at an Epcot meet up. We were on the Grand Fiesta boat ride in Mexico and there was like an 8 year old kid staring down Jon (OSN leader) like he was going to take him down in a WWE wrestling event.
If I could instantly teleport anywhere in Florida, it'd probably be down to the keys. Because it's kind of far and takes a long time to get to. So the teleportation part would be nice, and I've only really spent a little bit of time down there So I'd like to figure out what there is to do there.
